The install process is completely self-serve and can be done by a Salesforce Administrator.

Install AppExchange Package

  1. Go to the AppExchange and Log In. If you don’t already have a Trailblazer Account, create one.

    1. If you are a consultant installing on behalf of a Client, be sure to use a Trailblazer Account that your client can log into, as payments will be managed through Trailblazer

  2. Once logged in, visit the Automated Opportunity Contact Roles AppExchange Listing.

  3. Click the Get It Now button

  4. Choose where you will install the package

  5. Fill out your Contact and billing details

  6. Choose how many User Licenses you want to purchase. You need licenses for Opportunity Owners as well as users who will be administering this app.

    1. This app will Automatically add Contact Role records for Opportunities that are owned by a User with a User License.

    2. If you have 100 Salesforce Users, 20 need help with Contact Role records and 2 will be administering them: purchase 22 licenses.

  7. Add a payment card

  8. Confirm your order

  9. Confirm Installation Details (you will be asked to login to Salesforce again)

  10. Install the package for Administrators Only

  11. Wait for the installation to be complete. The screen might tell you it is complete after a while, or it might tell you to wait for an email.

  12. App Install is complete!

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
