PowerSchool Mobile APP: Installing and Signing into the Sandbox as a Demo Parent (for Staff Only)

STAFF:

To begin, download the PowerSchool Mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store using the following links, or by searching the store for the "PowerSchool Mobile" app.

Signing into the PowerSchool Mobile app

  1. Launch the PowerSchool Mobile app and press Where's My District Code.

  2. Select the option Enter Server Address.

  3. Enter the Server Address as ecs-ps-sandbox.ecsrd.ca and press continue on the keyboard.

  4. Press Yes for the district location question.

  5. Enter the username and password for the sandbox demo parent account for staff.
    Username: evergreenstaff
    PW: Staff@cc3$$
  6. Press go on the keyboard to complete the login process.

*HINT: App Glitch

Due to an app glitch, the completion of the sign-in and sign-out process in the sandbox can take upwards of 5 minutes to complete if left on its own. However, to speed up the process, you can simply switch away from the PowerSchool Mobile app (but DO NOT completely close the app) and then switch back to the app again. You should now see the sign-in process has completed.
