We recently added plants as well as artwork from the New School collection throughout the floor. Additional updates such as a water bottle filling station are coming in fiscal year 2025.

Conference & Meeting Room Amenities
Idea Paint / White Board Paint
Most meeting rooms now have whiteboard walls (“idea paint’). Use advanced search in Engage and select Equipment to filter for White Board. Whiteboard supplies are available to borrow at the reception desk and must be returned after a meeting has concluded.
Zoom Rooms
Some of the meeting and conference rooms are equipped as Zoom technology. Use advanced search in Engage and select Equipment to filter for Zoom Room.
Larger conference rooms have Zoom monitors mounted to the wall. Smaller meeting rooms have a single DTEN Zoom monitor on desk.

Workstations / Desk Amenities
All workstations all have Human Scale NeatHubs to easily charge your laptop and phone. Speak with the Hub Manager if you need to borrow a USB cable.
Several workstations have standing desk converters. Use advanced search in Engage and select Equipment to filter for Sit/Stand Desk.

Office Supplies
The Admin Hub is stocked with plenty of office supplies such as notepads, pens, and post-its. Take what you need from the printing room near the main bathroom.
Technology and Supplies Lending Library
The Lending Library is located at workstation 1743A in the 79 Fifth Admin Hub. It operates on an honor system and we kindly request that you return borrowed items to their designated bin after use.
- Phone charging cables (USB A and USB C) compatible with both Apple and Samsung devices
- Keyboard and Mouse
- Headsets
- Sanitizing wipes and screen cleaner (does not require returning)
- Privacy screens for monitors
- Ergonomic seating (e.g. Ballo Stools)
Pantry
The kitchen at 79 Fifth Ave is stocked with coffee, tea, and treats. Two refrigerators, a microwave, and toaster oven are available for your use. The sink provides filtered water and we have an approved capital project for Fiscal Year 2024 to convert our water fountains into a bottle filling station.
Collaboration Spaces
No reservation needed. White Board / Idea Paint is available adjacent to a collaboration space.
Lounges
Eating and drinking is permitted in the two lounge areas, which are designated by hardwood flooring. No reservation needed!
