Using the Lab Client Portal
The client Portal is a great tool to deliver results to clients of the laboratory.
Provisioning User Access
To grant access to a corporate client of your lab you will need to create a username for them within your GoRev server. You can view a guide on user management here: New User Management
When creating a lab portal user, grant them access only to the Facilities and locations they need. This is critical as this is what restricts this user to accessing only patients within their location(s).
Follow these steps:
Fill out User Information
Check on Facilities user needs access to
Uncheck Grant All Locations
Check Lab Office and Login as Assigned Groups
Click Create User
Double click into the new user you just created to open the user's edit screen. Grant access to the location(s) you wish to authorize the user to see patients within. Click Save Changes.
Client Portal Access
To begin, navigate to the portal URL created for your lab. You will land at the login screen.
On this page you can enter your credentials (the same as you use to log into the GoRev application) and click SIgn In to gain access to the Portal.
NOTE: If you cannot remember your password, you can click the "Forgot Password" link to open a new page. Enter your GoRev Username and click Submit to receive a temporary password. You will need to then create a new permanent password to use going forward.
Once logged in you will be directed to the Portals main page.
This page will populate with results from the last 7 days at your default Facility and location.

Select the merge Results checkbox if you want all the records to be stitched together in one file. Leave this unchecked for each result to be saved separately.
