How Does It Work?

Accessing your dashboard

Your dashboard is easily accessed with a few simple clicks. After logging into your account, you will click on your name and/or email displayed on the homepage.

Communication Stats

Your communication stats show historical data for your entire account for the following time periods: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, and 1 month. This data is representative of all active campaigns.

These two data points are used to calculate your connection rate. We recommend that your connection rate be 20% or above. Anything below that is a signal that you might need to Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile because you might not be resonating with the people you are reaching out to.

  • Requests: The number of connection requests sent out from your LinkedIn account.
  • Connected: The number of contacts who have accepted your connection request.

The following two rows combined will indicate your overall conversation rate. This amount divided by how many connections you've made with give you an overall reply rate. We recommend that your reply rate average between 20-40%. Anything below that is an indicator that your messaging is not engaging contacts and should be modified or that your targeting might need to be adjusted.

  • Replied to connection message: The number of contacts who responded to your connection message. It's important to note that most contacts do not respond to connection messages so this data point is typically low.
  • Replied to other messages: The number of responses you received from any automated message, following the connection message.

Connector Campaigns

A connector campaign is focused on targeting your 2nd and 3rd-degree networks. These are the campaigns you will likely engage with the most. On your dashboard, you will see key statistics for all connector campaigns (both active and inactive) associated with your account:

  • Status: This will signal whether a campaign is active or inactive.
  • Completion: The percentage of connection requests that have already been sent in this campaign.
  • Contacts: The total number of contacts associated with that specific campaign.
  • Connected: The number of contacts who have accepted your connection request.
  • Replied to connection message: The number of contacts who have responded to your connection message.
  • Replied to other messages: The number of responses you received from any automated message, succeeding the connection message.
  • Toggle gear: This allows you to turn a campaign ON and OFF.
    • All automated messaging will stop once a campaign is turned OFF; This includes connection messages when a contact accepts a request weeks/months after being sent. For this reason, it is suggested to leave campaigns ON even after the completion rate reaches 100%.
      • If the toggle is GRAY, that indicates the campaign is OFF.
      • If the toggle is GREEN, that indicates the campaign is ON.

Messenger Campaigns

A messenger campaign targets your 1st degree network, or anyone you are already connected to. These campaigns forego the initial connection request but otherwise, operate very similarly to connector campaigns.

Upcoming Tasks

It is also commonly referred to as a user's Task Queue.

This section gives you an overview of what contact(s) are next in your queue to receive a connection request and/or message from you. Additional information on each column is outlined below:

  • Task type: Indicates the type of task the contact will be receiving.
  • Name: The specific contact receiving the task. If you click on the name listed, you will be redirected to their LinkedIn profile.
  • Place in queue: The order in which the tasks will go out.
  • Approve: This is an optional feature and to be utilized if you want to go the extra mile. If you do not engage with this column, your upcoming tasks will still cycle through automatically.
    • By clicking on the ORANGE icon, a user indicates the contact is vetted and ready to receive the upcoming task.
    • By clicking on the RED icon, the task is removed from the queue.
  • Enrich: Additional contact and company details are shown, without having to navigate to LinkedIn.
    • By clicking on the BLUE icon, a user can preview the enriched data.
