MyPay for web: Benefits
OBJECTIVES:
MyPay is the employee portal from AllianceHCM, and this guide is meant to provide an overview of the web version of MyPay's Benefits section. The Benefits section is where you can see, request changes and enroll in any benefits that are offered by your company. It includes multiple sections so you can enroll in benefits, see a summary of your benefits, report a life event and see recent life events. Some of your changes may have to be approved by an administrator.
This guide gives an introduction to the Benefits section as seen on a laptop or desktop.

Benefits
Let's get started: Sign into MyPay by using the link, username and password provided to you from your administrator. You'll be taken to a Welcome Page once you've successfully logged in.
Get to Benefits by clicking on the link on the left of your screen. Benefits has multiple sections:
Benefit Enrollments: See and enroll in any open benefit enrollments
Current Benefits: See a summary of your current benefits, like who is covered for health insurance, whether you have waived coverage, or coverage amount for a life insurance policy
Report Life Event: You may be eligible to change your existing benefit coverages if you experience a qualified family status change, but you must report the life event within 30 days of the qualifying event. Come to this section to report a life event.
Recent Life Events: See life events that have been reported in the last three months
AllianceHCM tip: Your company may trigger a message to go out to you when you need to do something for your benefits. You'll see the messages in the My Account section of MyPay. And remember, not every company handles benefits through AllianceHCM, but your manager can tell you how to manage your benefits if you don't see this option in your MyPay.
