Tasks - account - website & app
The tasks page appears to members after logging in on Branch.com or in the Branch mobile app. It lists outstanding tasks a member may need to address. This guides members on where and how to locate and address these tasks.
Tasks available in account
Below is a list of tasks a member may potentially need to complete. Click any of the links for guidance.
- Sign policy docs - tasks - account - app & website
- Submitting proof of prior auto insurance coverage - tasks - account - app & website
- Submitting proof for connected home discount - tasks - account - app & website
- Submitting proof for good student discount - tasks - account - app & website

Locating tasks in account
On branch.com, you will always see your initials in the top right of every page. On the Branch app, you will need to click the Policy tab in the footer and will be taken to the same view to follow the steps below:
- Click your initials located at the top right of the page at anytime
- If you have tasks you will see an orange circle around your initials
- Click Tasks from the drop down that pops open
- See a list of any outstanding tasks that need addressed. Click the red button next to any of them to complete the task
Pending Tasks
- On the main Policy screen you will see a notice of Pending tasks
- Click View tasks
- See a list of any outstanding tasks that need to be addressed. You can click the red button next to any of them to complete the task
