Add Quantities to a Timesheet

SUMMARY

On Hard Bid Projects, the FOREMAN will enter Production Quantities to timesheets they create. These quantities will be recorded in the Budget and Reports can be run showing how much of the work has been completed and how much still needs to be done.

PREREQUISITE

The Foreman should first Create Timesheet (iOS Mobile App).

PROCEDURE

Now that you have filled out your timesheet, perform the following actions before you submit:

  1. Tap Submit.
  2. Tap Submit and Add Quantities.

  1. Tap the Quantities field and enter the desired amount.
    Note: The data entered in the Budgeted Quantity import will pull in the Unit Of Measure and Percent Complete based on the cost code.
  2. Click Submit.
