  • The portal does not display the earning member name within the Statements section.
  • Statements are not grouped together in the new portal.
  • Each account must be accessed individually.

Statement Formats Available

Statements generated in the new system are available in:

  • CSV format
  • CRD 3.0 format (Publishers must inform SOCAN in advance)
  • PDF format (Coming later this year)

Statement Delivery

  • Statements can be downloaded directly from the portal.
  • Publishers with SFTP/FTP delivery set up will continue receiving statements through that method.
  • Publisher accounts receiving payments through multiple member accounts will continue receiving consolidated delivery via SFTP/FTP.

If you are a publisher interested in setting up SFTP/FTP delivery, please contact members@socan.com for more information.
