What is MyNewSource?

My New Source is our Procure to Pay (procurement) process at The New School. It is the primary tool to use for purchasing and/or sourcing goods and services via purchase orders or contracts, managing suppliers and invoices, and repository for contracts. It is a paperless online environment reducing cycle time and provides transparency of workflow and documents.

My New Source may be accessed by following this link and logging in with your SSO credentials. Instructions on accessing the system are available here.

Form to grant correct access.

Virtual My New Source training is generally held weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays between 12-2pm. Contact eprocurement@newschool.edu to set up a time for training.
