Direct Assistance
Your Manager or Director
Your direct manager, supervisor, or school/program director is your primary source of information and assistance. They should be your go-to for anything related to your role such as responsibilities, training, and scheduling. You may want to run other questions by them as well in case they have a resource or referral.
If you ever have questions about the hierarchy of your unit, take a look at your department's organizational chart in MyDay (Workday).

Health, Wellness and Campus Safety

HR Training, DEvelopment and Employee Relations Team
The Training, Development and Employee Relations team is your go-to resource for all things related to onboarding and can assist with questions about orientation, campus navigation, training, and more. You may reach out to Alexandra Cherasia Assistant Director, Training and Development, at chera187@newschool.edu.
HR Partner
Your HR Partner or Shared Services - Strategic HR Partner can answer questions about your role, pay, time off, and leave of absence, as well as assist with functions of recruitment, hiring, and development.

Information Technology
The below groups are the primary contacts for help within IT. If you have questions regarding a specific system, please refer to the Troubleshooting & Help section of the system's overview.
IT Central
IT Central provides technical support for the university for a range of issues such as difficulty connecting to classroom equipment, voicemail and phone support, network outages, technology login credentials, and more. For help, submit an IT Service Request for assistance or contact IT Central.
Workday Solutions Group
Questions related to MyDay (Workday) should be directed to the Workday Solutions Group. Review MyDay FAQs or Submit a MyDay Ticket for help with MyDay (Workday).
