Editing Lab Orders
This Guide will help you navigate and use tools related to editing Orders in GoRev.

Editing a Lab Order
You can navigate to the Edit Order screen by completing a New Order, completing a Quick Order, or by clicking Complete Order from the Orders Screen.
Working through the left side of the screen:
Patient Information
The Patient Information Section shows the selected Patients basic Information. This Information can not be Edited. More information about Patient Information can be found in the Patient Overview tutorial.
Order Information
Date Ordered Enter or adjust the date and time of the order
Lab Received On Enter or adjust the date and time the Lab was received
Order Type A dropdown menu to specify the Order Type
External Specimen ID A field to specify an external Specimen ID if one is provided
Prescribed Medication(s) An auto-fill field for adding or editing prescribed medications for the Patient
Specimen Information
Specimen Type
Specimen Temp Within Range?
Run Customer Profile on File
This is a Send Out Order
MEDIcal Necessity
This section allows us to add or edit Diagnoses Codes.
Ordering Physician
This section allows us to Edit, Add or Confirm the Ordering Physician.
Select Tests
This section allows us to select our tests. You may either select the entire panel of tests, or individual tests.
Save
This section is allows users to Save the Order by either clicking Fill Order Later or Complete Order. Orders can be completed at any time from the Order Workflow Screen.
