Engage: Accessing the System

Engage is available to staff and faculty only. Engage will not work for students or department / non-person email accounts.

Accounts only become active after an employee's hire date. Hiring managers should ensure that someone from the department reserves a desk for new staff if they need to use the Admin Hubs during their first week with the university.

Note: Not all spaces are available for reservation by all users. You can find a summary of conference rooms and workstations in Engage, including any restrictions.

Employees can locate and reserve spaces by downloading the Engage app to their phone (preferred) or by visiting https://www.newschool.edu/engage.

Access Engage on a Web Browser

  1. Navigate to https://www.newschool.edu/engage
  2. Sign in using The New School Single Sign On (SSO)
  3. Login credentials are your NetID and password

Note: Some features are not available in the browser version of Engage.
