- Fixed an issue causing the Orders UI in GoRev to rapidly refresh breaking some functions.
- Request document sign always used master MRN and now correctly selects merged MRNs
- Fixed an issue with manual test addition in Edit Results
- Fixed an issue where the Manage Insurance UI grouped by Unique Member ID and hid historical payers
- Fixed an issue preventing access to the Manual Entry card option when refunding payments
- Statements Approval tab now refreshes live without reopening the UI

CHANGE
- Fixed the LabNewOrderUI functionality which allows for a more streamlined lab panel ordering process
- Changed lab order import functionality such that disabled tests can no longer be ordered.
- Clearing house claim acknowledgements are now reflecting the updated payer response for claims
- Old statement settings is now the default form, by request. Added navigation to newer statement settings form to old form.
- Change insured name field to free text and Add Alias Demographic field
- Removed MRN based statements from statement setup page.
